Location: Excellent. The hotel is situated in the center of Milan and conveniently located near restaurants, transportation and major sites. It was steps from the Castello and we walked everywhere and felt secure at all times. Almost all sites were within 10-15 minutes max. We just wish the weather was better (heavy rain the entire week). Ambiance: The hotel had a nice lobby which was always full of activity and guests. Language was not an issue. There is a snack table set up with candies or beverages to welcome guests and also has a bar and restaurant for all meals. Service: Excellent. It was friendly, professional and attentive. We had a problem with the shower and they were unable to remedy it and they immediately offered to move us to a much larger, nicer room. Condition of rooms: The original room was seemed smaller than noted because of the slanted roof which made it seem cramped. The carpeting and shower needed updating. However, the second room we had was excellent. Meals: We tried the breakfast but wished that some of the hot entrees were more fresh, warm and appealing. Perhaps it was because we went downstairs later in the morning but still, it could have been better for the price. Overall, a great choice for business or family travel.

Went there last weekend for an anniversary trip with my Husband. They gave us a complimentary prosecco, sweets and upgraded us to the suite 🥰 it was such a sweet gesture. The room was spacious, with firm mattress (great for my back!) and meticulously clean, yeah it showed wears and tears here and there, but it was very clean, even in a hidden place like behind the tv cabinet 😅 Loved the position, walking distance to Duomo, shopping centers and great restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend it and we will come back if we go to Milan in the future.

Our room was large and comfortable. King size bed, firm mattress, plenty of pillows. A card in the bathroom listed items that could be requested from the front desk, including dental kit, sewing kit, and other nice to have things. The hotel breakfast including everything an American or European could want, including fresh parmesan cheese, honey, Prosecco and fresh juices. Highly recommended.
