Fantastic, clean, new and comfortable. Very quiet apartment near the Subway. Beautifully decorated with a safe, tv, air conditioning and coffee station. The location is convenient but a bit far away from the main tourist beach front area. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. It was a fantastic base very affordable to explore the Amalfi coast via a day trip from.

Great one-night stay in Naples! The location is amazing, rooms very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The hosts Maria and Francesca were very friendly and available to help us. In our opinion, the only aspect that could be improved is related to the breakfast - for those considering this option like us, keep in mind that this is served in a cafeteria across the street, and basically consists of a coffee and a pastry - far below the breakfasts usually served in B&B or hotels. Apart from that, everything is excellent! We highly recommend Unico Relais! Letícia, Luciano, Solange e João

0 contact from this business prior to my arrival. Arrived late after a flight and wasn't able to contact anyone, no reply for over an hour while we searched for information about to to access the property. Received a message to say I couldn't check in at that time, despite never being provided details. Then refused to refund me after I couldn't access the property and had to go somewhere else at the last second. Need to learn to handle guests check in needs, didn't have this experience with any other B&B in Italy. Terrible customer service and frankly shouldn't be running it if they can't take responsibility.
