The hotel is suitable for individuals attending courses at the nearby building, Novikontas only. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, please note that breakfast is not provided and there are no fridges in the rooms. The only option for breakfast is a nearby cafeteria in Novikontas, although my experience there was disappointing as there was limited choice, with only 3 pancakes with meat and a few egg options available. This lack of variety is due to a low number of people having breakfast at the cafeteria, as I was informed. Additionally, the service at the cafeteria reminded me of the level of service found in the Soviet Union era. It is not customer-oriented; rather, customers are expected to behave correctly in order to receive good service. Please be aware that parking at the hotel is not free. Unfortunately, the towel heater and the lights on the mirror were not functioning. The worst part of my stay was the noise from the trucks starting their engines near my windows. At times, the noise was so loud that I couldn't even hear the TV. If needed, I will consider choosing another place within walking distance from Novikontas for my next visit.

During my stay at the hotel, I had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was always ready to assist with a smile. The staff's genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay memorable. Friendly staff. That's about the only good to say here. Somewhat remote location on the edge of Riga. 75 Euro roughly/night for very basic room and bathroom. No working wifi, handful of TV channels, none in English, Very hot with no AC so be heads up of that. The hot tub/spa next door costs as extra 15 Euros and was closed or broken the dates I stayed. Bummer as this was advertised as part of the experience here, much less costing money and being closed. I suppose if you need to stay in this random part of riga this is a cheaper option. Otherwise not worth staying here.

To be honest, I expected a little more from this hotel because for 80 euros one could offer much more comforts in the room than what I received firstly. The TV worked badly. In my opinion, 9 channels often the Internet and cable television also disappeared during when I came to wash my hands it was red water. It was certainly awful because at first I thought that I had some kind of blood because it looked like blood and I understand that somewhere there was probably a friend repair, but they had to warn about it what sweat when I went to the shower and wiped the towels were all red, it was certainly not very pleasant because I still don’t even know maybe then this allergy at the reception would say about it that I wasn’t satisfied with the fact that there was red water in the room from the window that I saw he was not very pleasant in the first place there was some kind of abandoned disassembled edition + some kind of dirty uncleaned channel and then I also didn’t like the fact that downstairs when they play bowling it is constantly heard in the room how some balls are given that is, everything is heard in the room what is happening downstairs also as for breakfast I would not say that breakfast was very good, he most likely was very poor Maybe because I came at 11:00 But the people who come I think that there should always be enough food Because when I came there Almost there was nothing also separately Thank you. I would like to say a girl at the reception because the girls are cool it is not their fault what is happening in the hotel I have attached a lot of photos so that you yourself can appreciate whether it’s really worth 80 euros. I don’t feel sorry for the money. I like to receive quality and, accordingly, Comfort. What I visited at this hotel. I was not joking with any Comfort.. then I did not like the hotel a lot of beautiful pictures for this special thank you
