Everything is great. Service is the best. When I arrived on reception staff bring welcome drink while I was waiting. 2 bottles of water was in room every day. Nice and cozy place. We don’t have any problems with hot water, I don’t understand a lot of comments about it. Recommend to stay💗 near is 2 night markets with wonderful food! Excellent location

I moved out after 3 days. I had a permanent feeling of lack of hygiene and cleanliness. Everything looks dingy and not only in the room. So not a feel-good hotel at all. It doesn't have to be all new, but it should be clean. And glass doors and floors in the public area can also be cleaned from time to time. If you can put up with it, it's an acceptable place to stay because the location near the Soi5 is good and close to everything. Positive also the beautiful rooftop pool and the good wifi. Breakfast was a bit monotonous.

Room had a lot of damage but was patched up to the best of the staff's ability. Towels were gross cuz it looks like it hasn't been replaced for years. Pool flooring is damage and needed to be fix for safety. Outside hotel smells like sewage all the time, but then Pattaya City smells like sewage all over. Overall, the hotel is like a luxury stay in the area but not worth the money I paid.

Location of the room is in the middle of nowhere, doesn’t help getting to and from places. The room was not services a single time for the entirety of my stay, even when I asked for the servicing. Has a slight weird smell, not entirely sure what it is. The shower did not have hot water, lukewarm at best. I accidentally lost my card during the stay and was charged an additional 500 baht for the new card. When asked they could not find the policy as to why they charged additional costs. Would not recommend staying here if you want a clean, comfortable holiday. Much more beneficial to spend a tiny bit more at a better hotel.
