GREAT cocktails and beautiful setting. Jazz trio made for a good atmosphere. Haven't eaten or stayed here so can't comment on anything other than the bar which I recommend.

Fantastic location, short walk into City Centre. Rooms had everything you would need and hotel is very clean and tastefully decorated. Also got a free room upgrade and cocktails on arrival. The cocktails are excellent and the bar had a nice buzz about it. Would 100% stay here again

Stopped here a number of times now. It is frequently recommended as the best option in Cambridge for sure. Some of the rooms can be a little on the cosy side. When the bar and restaurant is busy it can be a little slow. In general, the service can be a little hit and miss,potentially as it seems quite a young staff there. However, on balance a fine hotel to explore and visit Cambridge. Definitely over the other four star options in the city.

Just finish our 3 weeks course at Cambridge. Morning breakfast was always the same but the service was good. The male asian supervisor is very good. He respect his guests and evwn remember their names. Excellent employee! People love to come back because of this kind of service. The receptionist service was very professional. Daily greeting by them days and nights. The night drinking bar was good with excellent ambience. Overall excellent service.😁👍 Regards, Datu Ir. Ts. Richard

Bad customer service - they act like they don’t want their guests to be satisfied. When we arrived at midday we were told our request for adjoining rooms was possible which was great since we were travelling with a baby. We got checked in one of the rooms and the other one was supposed to be ready after lunch. When we came to check in later, the new receptionist told us that we were never getting adjoining rooms as the adjoining room was occupied from days ago. So now we were 2 floors apart. We were given a drinks voucher as a ‘sorry for the mess up’. When we had the drinks, the bar manager recognised it against the soft drinks and insisted we pay for the alcoholic drinks - an interesting way to say sorry to your guests. Them trying to make things better, only made our experience worse - wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Also - our bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned after the previous guests.
