I wanted to like this place more. Super cool lobby and bar. The service was good, and the staff was helpful. It was the room that made things feel 'off'. The night I arrived I found out the rooms are motel style, with doors to the outside. The area is gated so it is protected from random folks. The room I had was nice, but the entry door light didn't work, and neither did two others in the room. Lastly... not enough hangers for towels and such in the bathroom. This is such a cool spot, you could overlook many small things but the pool area and park across the street do get noisy, be aware. Parking is fair. Lots of great places nearby too!

My friends and I went for the Igloos. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. Shoutout to James and Angela. I do not think the experience is worth $60-90 per person on food alone but the igloos were really why we went. The ambiance is cute and the igloos felt private despite them being clear. I think this is a one-time experience type thing as I do not see myself returning due to the pricing but am so glad we went. The staff really made the experience fun!

*IGLOO REVIEW* Save your energy, time, & money! Saying we were highly disappointed won’t scratch the surface of the overall experience. This was our second visit. First visit was 2021 BEFORE the property was acquired by #Hyatt Which was 10/10 which is why we came back! Let’s talk issues… Major issues included: Poor slow service Took 30 min to order Took an hour for French fries that were under cooked. Soup presented cold. Pasta presented cold. From the kitchen to the igloo, the “hot” food was not covered to stay HOT! We inquired about why the food was not covered to stay hot..they said they didn’t have anything to cover it with! By the time the cold pasta arrived my group was done! The manager came in, we shared the experience and concerns. At first she said we would have to pay…& after discussing why we were not paying due to poorly presented dishes she brought a check for the drinks which included a surcharge! The igloo: They were underwhelming! They were not decorated for the holidays. In 2021 the inside of the igloo presented holiday decor. Again, disappointed. They were playing random music. Which was confusing. Staff: 6//10 They appeared to be short staffed but maintained a professional attitude. The overall experience was unorganized & disappointing. My friends and I gather every year for Christmas. We left hungry and in search of food at 10pm. Our 7:30 reservation yielded cold soup and cold pasta which was served around 8:45pm! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Not welcoming for families. Extremely loud in rooms and by the pool. I booked one night at this hotel for me, my husband, and our baby. We wanted to use the pool and have access to food and drink. We checked into our room, changed and went to the pool. The music from the DJ booth at the pool was very loud. I worried that it might damage my baby’s ears and debated whether we should stay; even some adults had ear plugs. Then, our baby got fussy, and I took her to our room for a nap. The music was so loud that I could hear every word of the songs from the room. Seeing that the baby could not sleep, we decided we had to leave. My husband went to the front desk to explain the situation. They offered a room on the floor right below the pool, which I cannot imagine would have decreased the sound much and would not have addressed the concern of our baby being able to safely use the pool without hearing protection. They said because we were there for two hours the best they could do was charge us half price for the room, and because the pool chair reservation was handled by food and beverage, someone would contact me to see if I could be refunded the additional $100 I paid. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with a family or anyone who does not want to stay in a club-like environment.
