We had the most amazing experience staying at the upstairs hotel - We arrived late in the morning where she served breakfast on the roof balcony with the most amazing views! - Manana is the sweetest host I’ve ever come across, she’s always up for a good talk and she will teach you so much about Georgia and the culture. I mention I liked this cake one day, every day she made it homemade for breakfast and would even teach me + she made a whole batch to take home. If you want a special personal vacation place upstairs hotel is for you! We will for sure come back to visit manana and her whole family! 10/10 experience

Excellent host. Made our stay in Georgia all the more special. The rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is small. Food is excellent, the host cooked for us some delicious food for breakfast. She went out of the way to make sure our stay was comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Tbilisi. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought this is the least I can do for this gem of a place. The view from the hotel can be a sole reason to stay here. A bit far from city centre, but since Bolt taxis are cheap and easily available, don't have to worry about transportation. Cars can be parked on the road. Very calm and peaceful area.

Manana has to be the best host I’ve ever met. Hospitality and kindness she represents are out of this world, really. The place itself is beautiful, rooms are clean, AC works like a dream and there’s usually plenty of space to park your car right next to the building. Breakfasts are big & yummy. We’ve made some great friends there too which was the icing on the cake 😄 I’ll definitely come back there soon!

Menana's place is full of magic. Best suited for travelers and traveling families. The rooms are basic but each room has a hot shower and toilet. The spectacular view from the balconies and the silence is worth a lot. The breakfast is full and homemade. We also ate dinners and Menana did laundry for us at a reasonable price. The place is highly recommended for those who want to experience a warm family atmosphere as part of their trip. Thank you. The Talmore family

Its Four Seasons Hotel in Georgia. The service exceeded all my expectations. Basically A'La Carte breakfast. Rooms very clean and view is absolutely fabulous. Cant stop raving about the hospitality in this little small Guesthouse. Tours and other activities available with best & secure drivers for reasnoble price....just ask for Gio and your touring in Georgia is fixed Visit the rooftop and garden
