From check-in, when we were offered a glass of Prosecco, to the end of our short stay, we were enchanted with the Fifth. Service was amazing-we loved the free use of bikes to ride around South Beach. The room was small but clean and had a simple European vibe. Parking right on site was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here. We loved that they have bikes available everyday that made it super convenient to explore the area. The service is excellent - we wanted to switch to a room with a desk and the staff were super accommodating. There is cold water and coffee available at the front at all times. The rooms are super clean. Overall, just a really cool vibe and comfortable place to stay for a reasonable price!

We were supposed to stay at their sister property Urbanica on Euclid a block down the street but when we arrived, the power was out. Miami was 90 degrees with 70% humidity and it was 7pm at night so we were concerned about how hot it was going to be in the rooms and not having any power to see anything. But the front desk told us he would book us a room at Urbanica on Fifth as their power had turned back on and sent us over there. Day saved! Urbanica on Fifth was a very nice boutique hotel. It has a small yet very nice roof top bar and a very good and super cute bar/restaurant that has good Italian food and cocktails. The room was decent size yet very simple decor, but the air conditioning was chilly and fantastic! The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were some of the best we've had, fluffy and firm at the same time. But the best thing about the stay was the help we got from Melisa. She works the morning shift and is just amazing. She was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We only stayed one night as a layover and our flight was at 5pm. We checked out at 12pm, they held our bags, we went to South Beach and checked out all the cool art deco hotels, came back, got use of their pool that we stayed at until we had to leave. She gave us extra towels and soap so we could shower up by the pool and get ready to head to the airport. People like Melisa can make or break a hotel experience and she was just fantastic! If the rest of the employees are half as good as she is, you will be happy you stayed at this establishment.

Do not stay at this hotel. They scammed my friend and I out of $145. Not to mention common decency and customer service. We booked a double room (2 beds) in September. However, after we arrived we unfortunately realized that our hotel room did not lock from the outside. So we went to the front desk to ask for maintenance. Maintenance was unavailable over the weekend, so we settled for a smaller room with the agreement of a refund for the price difference (as expected given it was half the size). The only room available had 1 full sized bed, which the two of us had to split. To be honest, we couldve also been offered something for the inconvenience, however the hotel staff did not care to acknowledge their lack of safety. After our stay, we patiently awaited our refund however it never came. Over the past three months we have been in a back and forth with the hotel, and credit card company, with still no refund. As the credit card company stated, the refund needs to come from the business providing the service. However they have yet to process the refund. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We were given a room without proper safety and moved to a room half the size with no refund. Terrible.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. It's ideally situated, just a brief 10-minute stroll to the beach. The rooftop pool was a standout feature, providing a perfect spot for relaxation with scenic views. Additionally, the café on-site served exceptionally tasty pizza, adding a delightful culinary dimension to my stay. This hotel offers a winning combination of convenience, amenities, and delectable food, making it an excellent choice for my trip.
