Highly recommend staying at uptown hotel if visiting Hoi an. This place was fantastic. Great service and lovely staff. Family owned and run and so helpful. They even gave us a map and gave us tips on places to visit during our stay, with bikes available to borrow. The rooms were kept sparkling clean and the air conditioning was great. We loved the rooftop pool which offered a nice place to relax with views of the city. The staff were so friendly and even gave us a small gift upon departure. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back .

Incredibly good staff. They were helpful with everything we asked for and more. We were able to get laundry done. They arranged for cars, rental bikes and even helped me set up a golf game nearby. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Rooftop pool is really nice with h a good view. Spa was a good experience at a great price. Highly recommend.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the room service is top-notch. One of the highlights of our stay was the sky pool, which offered panoramic views of the city. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Speaking of exploring, the hotel offers bike rentals, making it easy to discover the beauty of Hoi An at your own pace. The clean rooms provided a comfortable haven after a day of adventure. don't miss the chance to explore the local food scene. We discovered some fantastic eateries nearby that served delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I'll always stay here when I'm in Hoi An! They even gave my partner and me a thoughtful gift. The place is awesome, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The staff. All so friendly and amazing and warm. They're very accommodating and knowledgeable. We booked a half day tour of My Son with the hotel, as well as Memories Show ticket and all was smooth and well managed. We also booked a transfer to Da Nang Airport with them (it was even cheaper than the Grab app). Room was comfortable and had everything needed incl. toiletries, kettle, AC, safe, TV etc. Breakfast was good - both Vietnamese food and more international incl. an omelette station. Worthy of a 9/10 and its 3* However: the sound proofing wasn't very good both internal noise and external. Make sure you get a room at the back of the hotel. On a busy road about 15 min walk from the main part of town (the river front and sites) but still lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. A bit expensive (we stayed in a similar 4* hotel in Da Nang for almost half the price) but Hoi An is smaller and more touristy so I guess that's why.
