A friendly,affordable,accessible staying We were planned to stay only one day but we had the pleasure of staying 4days at this hotel for one day, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality. The elderly gentleman who welcomed us had a heart of gold and went out of his way to assist us with anything we needed. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, complete with all the amenities we could ask for, including a well-equipped kitchen. Not only did he help us locate key attractions and important places in the city, but the hotel's location, right in the heart of the old city, made it incredibly convenient to explore the must-visit spots on foot. As a result, we ended up extending our stay for another three days, and every moment was truly amazing. The kindness didn't stop with the elderly gentleman; his wife was equally delightful and made our stay even more pleasant. Additionally, they offered a reasonably priced airport transfer service, making our departure hassle-free. This hotel is truly a great place to stay, and I couldn't recommend it more.

Great location, in the heart of old city. Big advantage of this place is airport bus stop next to this guest house. Metro is 5 min to walk. All sightseeing are around, on walking distance. Host is very friendly, he helping in everything, every-day inviting on delicious Georgian food. If you need car service, he takes you everywhere with hulf price. Family atmosphere.
