The apartment with a very good location, close to everything. Equipped with everything you need to spend a few days, clean and everything new. We were greatly disappointed when we saw the sheets on the beds, they had stains and were wrinkled. The closing of the windows is not very good, you can hear a lot of noise from the street.

We have stayed in the apartment located on Bailen Street, the apartment is spacious and we found it very clean, it is almost all exterior, the staff is very friendly. It is close to the old town. The negative thing is that it is a neighborhood with a lot of traffic so there is noise at any time, and there are some adjacent streets that it is better to avoid passing.

The lack of maintenance at Mirasol apartament in Bilbao la Vieja by Urban Hosts shows deficiencies and shortcomings found such as those described in these lines: 1.- It does not close the toilet, not guaranteeing privacy. 2.- It does not close the shower screen, one leaf of it is not well anchored, posing a risk to the user's safety and does not guarantee watertightness of the screen. 3.- The entrance to the master bedroom is stuck, not allowing it to be closed, not guaranteeing privacy. 4.- It does not close the main toilet, not guaranteeing privacy. 5.- The "rain type" shower does not work. 6.- Shower towels are not provided for all tenants. 7.- The apartment is located in an undesirable place and this was confirmed to us by the workers in the neighboring areas. The most unfortunate thing about this situation is that the managers of this apartment know the deficiencies and shortcomings and do not resolve them. I hope to be able to contribute with this review to the interested tenants and the management, to carry out their proper maintenance work, since after sending them my notification, they tell me that they cannot resolve the situation. Knowing this information, I ask the different platforms that offer this apartment; Being aware of these deficiencies and shortcomings, are you going to continue offering them without verifying that the deficiencies and shortcomings are resolved? And as a tenant, would you rent it for the price offered knowing the situation?

We booked an apartment with them in Bilbao, a centrally located and very spacious apartment, comfortable beds and everything in impeccable condition. The kitchen had coffee, milk, sugar, bread, various types of teas and infusions, oil, etc... much more than we expected. New appliances. Fantastic attention at all times. The reception where a girl took care of us very well, locating us in Bilbao.
