An amazing apartment, we really enjoyed staying here! Despite the really bad reviews, myself and my family loved this apartment. Spacious, easy to check in, staff was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

The apartment was wonderful and the view was amazing ، it was the 23 building but one of the neighbors was behaving like a psycho she send us mails every few days saying that we were so noisy even though we weren’t there for few days she wouldn’t stop sending us mails She was threatening us that she would complain about us to the building management it was a terrible experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. The property we booked was not the property we were given leaving a family of 6 in a tiny two bedroom apartment with less than half the advertised living space. We were unable to o even open our suitcases in the minuscule rooms. After we complained, both the property renters and booking.com refused to provide a refund, it’s an absolute disgrace and absolute scam!

Don’t trust this place. All of my jewelry was stolen while I traveled for a few days out of country. Mind you this building is only accessible by a key fob. Then upstairs to first floor to my flat. Which was secured when I left. Someone took my entire lock box safe all the jewelry on the silver tray and even went in my drawers and took some antique jewelry I’d purchased for Christmas gifts. I had informed them I didn’t want my flat serviced and no one should have been inside my flat for any reason. The property manager said “what do you expect me to do about it?” I contacted the police of course. Heartbroken I have lost years of memories and family heirlooms.
