This hotel is just terrible. First, the internet is absolutely horrible, don't stay here if you need to use the internet for anything because you won't get it done. Second the location is terrible too, it is far enough from the airport where you can't walk and the nearest convenience store like 7-Eleven is unreachable unless you cross over an overpass a couple blocks down. Honestly I was going to stay until my flight left in a couple of days but I called it quits after the first night because there are way better hotels also close to the airport that would take just a cheap grab or taxi. Last, that brings me to food you absolutely cannot eat in the rooms or they will fine you, but the eating area downstairs is covered in ants. Overall a terrible stay because of the location and the quality of the Internet. I literally could not even surf Twitter without the internet dropping out and everything taking forever to load.

Good value for its price. Facilities are very basic. But clean and well maintained. Has free parking and free Wi-Fi. Although signal not great in rooms. 5 minutes by car to the airport. The hotel offers a ride there for 100 baht. Around 15 mins walk to Central plaza mall. Staffs are helpful.

Disability access I stayed in room106 which is set up with bars on both sides of the toilet which is lower than Australia standard , the bed a good height. There is no restaurant but plenty of eateries nearby. For this t3-4 paraplegic it was a palace compared to other hotels. Wayne Desmond Sunshine Coast Australia
