Highest recommendation for your stay in Bangkok! We just returned home after our 36th trip with great memories of 6 nights at Urban house in Bangkok! Enjoy the attention of a 4* hotel, the manager Miss K. is always on site to answer your concerns and give you the best information you can get to explore the city! The rooms are very large and clean, the location is excellent and quiet… Silom center, public transportation BTS and MRT can be reached in 7 minutes on foot and by the way the best coffee (Anan) is available as a take away outside on Soi Saladaeng.

Excellent hotel with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Very friendly and helpful FOH who made us feel right at home! Clean rooms, central location in a private dead-end street, walkable distance to lots of great food and bars. Great value for the price, highly recommend Urban House.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The team is very welcoming and the lady at the desk answers all questions and gives advices what to visit, when and how to get there. The room was big and super clean! Airconditions was working perfect. They also offer 2 bottle of water every day for your stay. You are near for both MRT Station and Sky Train! You can get everywhere so easily. Street Food and Restaurants are all nearby. I really loved my stay here and would recommend it to everyone to stay here for a few nights when visiting Bangkok!

Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Rooms: Simple, clean and much bigger than expected. Resembling a modern studio apartment, the clean look felt relaxing. A shower big enough for two, a large fridge and huge bed only improved the comfort. Usb port Chargers next to the bedside table were a convenient touch, eliminating the need for power converters. Service: The staff were amazing. Friendly and welcoming, they were quick to offer helpful advice; not only were they familiar with opening hours and directions, their advice extended to the most cost effective way to get from point A to point B. Though they were modest, their English skills were excellent! If nothing else, the warmness of the staff make the stay worth while. Location: Tucked away in a quiet street, Urban House provides convenience AND security. Within a few minutes walk, we had access to a 7/11, pharmacy, train station and shopping centre, whilst avoiding the noise usually accompanying central areas. All told, I highly recommend!

To begin with, this is definitely a hidden gem. Very friendly service from the moment we made our booking until we checked out. The receptionist and maids were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given 5 star treatment. Too bad we only gets to spend only for 1 night The location is 10minutes walk from bts sala daeng..can be quite a walk during a hot weather or after couple of drinks at night time. Our room is a bit small for a couple but comfy..most importantly it was spotless n clean..We had slight issues with a clog plumbing by the shower but my partner managed to solve it on our own. Although it is not perfect but the staff made our experience memorable and we can highly recommend this hidden gem
