If you plan to stay longer I would not recommend this place, as it is located across liverpool street station and in the midst of pubs etc. it can be very noisy at night time. I asked to change my appartment to one that is not facing the station, but they were not very helpful. The pictures might look good but they are not showing reality, many things were damaged/ not working properly anymore.

TERRIBLE !!! I had one of the worst stays of my life. Terrible customer service by Felix and James, which didnt care at all about me, my safety and commodity. Firstly, I was arranged a top floor flat which had 5 floors by stairs, the bath underneath was totally rotten and the smell was strong, until I find out by the plumber that the floor was about to collapse at any time, I was forced to leave the flat immediately, had to cancel several meetings and move to another apartment which I was "threatened" by a NO CALLER ID man on my check out day, as I have been denied a late check out (after all), at 11:45 this man calls saying that if I don't leave the flat immediately he would show up with another 3 man to evict me! (you only evict someone denying to leave, I only needed a late check out) . that was unbelievable! James or Felix have not replied to my emails asking for the late checkout or given me any further assistance ! DO NOT STAY THERE!!

Don’t expect to sleep much here. Very noise area and walls out of paper. If you don’t hear people shouting on the street you can hear people walking up and down the staircase at night. Studio rooms are tiny, you can barely fit your bags in there. Communication with urban stay and access to the flat went all smooth.

The hosts of these apartments accommodated everything that we needed. The communication from Urban Stay was exceptional and they managed to organise an extended stay at very short notice. The quality of the apartments was of a high standard and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Overall a very smooth and easy transaction with excellent customers service and high end apartments.
