Smi:re Stay Oshiage is in an excellent location near the Sky Tree and several minutes of a walk to the convenience store and station. Inside has the essentials. There was a minor smell when we went to the bathroom/toilet, but nothing we couldn't air out, just wish there were air fresheners available.

My family and I loved loved LOVED this hotel! The photos you see online is exactly what you get, a very clean, fresh and modern apartment that ticks all the boxes. It has WiFi, a lift, washing machine (with laundry liquid for one load included), simple kitchen equipment and so much more. We travelled with a one and three year old and they absolutely loved the loft open-plan living and bedroom as they went up and down the steps and seating. There was storage space and they even had a rack to hang clothes! The location was also fantastic. About a 5 minute walk from the train station, which is next to Tokyo Solamachi (a shopping centre) and of course, Tokyo Skytree. But more importantly, around the corner from a Family Mart and 7-11. On top of this, the staff at the hotel were wonderful. They were very prompt in replying to any of your queries and they were great company at the bar downstairs. We know that we will definitely come back again with our extended family members for sure.

Wonderful place. Location might seem a little bit out of the way, but close to the subway station, easily accessible to Tokyo city center and near there’s Tokyo skytree. Fantastically clean, comfy bed, and, for such a small place, we didn't feel cramped at all. Found it easy to do laundry and there's quite a number of excellent restaurants, combini nearby for breakfast and dinner. Would happily stay here again next time in Tokyo!
