What an absolute GEM! We stayed here when we visited the Christmas Markets and were simply blown away by the facility and the service of the staff. We informed the staff of our son's birthday asking for a balloon or two and a simple note to wish him a Happy Birthday, when we entered the room it was filled with balloons, party hats and candy and treats. Needless to say, all of our expectations were exceeded. The sleep was restful and very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning had every option you could imagine. While it was a little farther from the city centre for walking then we would have wanted, it is across the street from a metro station that allows for very easy accessibility into the city centre and other areas of the town. Thank you for the memorable stay. We will certainly book with you again when returning.

🚨 Attention bad review🚨Beware of this charming hotel that turns into a steamy adventure at night. With its inviting decor and staff beaming like sunshine, one might expect a cozy stay. Still, the reality is a room set to a sizzling 25°C, perfect for baking bread but not for sleeping. The solution offered? "Sleep with the door open," as if inviting in a cool breeze and uninvited guests is the norm. After a restless, sauna-like night, reaching out to the elusive hotel manager proved as fruitless as expecting a cool breeze in that overheated room. So, if you're game for an unintentional hot yoga session instead of a restful sleep, this is your spot.

Nice and clean. Very close to a bus station and a metro and quite centrally located if you want to explore Brussels The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside is we didn’t have a good Wi-Fi connection in our room and had to go downstairs to do a flight check in. Next time we will ask for a room with better connection.

Very comfortable, clean and cozy hotel with super convenient location. It's near Midi train station and top sights in Brussels. You can easily walk everywhere and enjoy the beautiful city architecture. Staff was friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Rooms are so spacious, gracefully decorated and restrooms are impeccable. Thanks Urban Yard for making our Brussels stay memorable.

Area is great for those who need to stay close to the station. Otherwise is not really convenient area to stay in Brussels.. The main hall has a soul, nice aroma. Overall design of the hotel is very nice. Breakfast was ok. Room was always clean and tidy. Thank you. 4 stars only because room doesn’t feel cozy and not big. I also expected at least sleepers and a bit more of cosmetics. Not mentioning the robes. These could be my wrong expectations but anyway I hope my feedback may help management to consider some upgrades like to warm the rooms a little and put more complimentary stuff as I am experienced traveler and I already can compare value for money.
