Don’t go to this hotel. This hotel shows the bad reputation of Thai people. This hotel really sucks. They intentionally forces Agoda to cancel my reservation two weeks before the reservation date(New Years eve). I booked this hotel one month ago. Imagine you came across the earth to this hotel and found they don’t wanna accommodate even you’ve PAID on Agoda. No freaking trust and responsibility at all. Don’t give them any chance. BTW, I’ve send them an email and called them 3 times. No damned answer from the property. GUESS they only wants the money. If someone bid the higher price on the big day, they will toss your reservation and don’t give you a shiiiiiit. ——————- We have contacted the property and Vacation Bangkok The Artistic Home, has confirmed that they are unable to accommodate your booking as of the travel dates. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We know your travel plans are important. As such, the property has found you an alternative accommodation similar to your original reservation, at no additional cost.

Fantastic service by owner Nattika even before we arrived. She booked restaurants for my birthday and even arranged a surprise which I did not expect! The Gardener suite is very beautiful and spacious with a HUGE shower and bathtub to relax in. If you can afford it, would definitely recommend upgrading. The location of the place is also SUPER helpful because you can walk directly to Icon Siam - one of Bangkok's nicest and glitziest malls in under 10 minutes. It's got everything from high end sushi to Thai street food in a huge bazaar which was amazing. We ate there EVERY DAY - it was THAT GOOD. We also took the Chao Praya river Princess dinner cruise from Icon Siam, so the hotel's helped a lot. If you need late night snacks, there is a 7-eleven a short walk away with a Fried chicken stall right outside to the left that is yummy. The staff was also nice enough to help us settle our laundry. It was surprisingly expensive but I guess you can't complain when it is literally redelivered back to our room. All in all, a wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. Would absolutely recommend to all!!!

Had a wonderful time in the 'Gardener' room here. Loved the room, nice shower and the location is very handy. Staff are very helpful, they booked taxis for us and do a lovely breakfast. Thanks for hosting us!
