This security at this hotel attacked me, put me in a headlock and threw me to the ground and also took me out of the hotel for being Latina. Be careful, they are racist. We will take care of it legally soon. Also the police, they kick me out just for being and looking like a Latin woman, living outside in the cold at 3 am, I paid for a room, I'm a customer, it's not good service. Be careful

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice and tidy and the bed was comfortable ☺️. Also, I like the fact that they have free parking on site. Greetings from the UK and Netherlands ❤️

In a six days stay, the room service came one time. I had to go to the reception and ask for toilet paper and tissues. The room was extremely dusty, with electric wires coming out of the wall; the mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Staff at the bar and restaurant are quite rude and non cooperative. After waiting for a glass for 30 minutes, I had to go and take one from the bar. It's impossible to order à la carte at the restaurant, and the bar can give you only burgers, in spite of the wide menu, and with one hour waiting. This is not the first time in this hotel, but it looks like the quality has gone down a lot in the recent years.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice due to its proximity to the Peter van den Hoogenband pool. Last year we had 2 double rooms and this year we had a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 13 and 10). Though the family room was nice and big, we were more comfortable in two double rooms. The kids beds in the family room were fold out sofa beds and the kids didn’t think they were very comfortable, but the beds in the double rooms were. The bathrooms were nice and spacious with a shower and a whirlpool tub. The breakfast buffet is worth every penny - an omelette station, pancakes, fresh squeezed juice, yogurt, fruit…I’ve never seen a better breakfast buffet! Plenty of free on site parking. Friendly staff and easy check in and check out. A great comfortable place to stay!
