The rooms are very cold, the motorway next door is noisy. The bathrooms including the toilet have a open window towards the bedroom. We don’t like to watch or hear each other pee. The hotel seems to want to promote that. The spa is small and extremely noisy. I can overlook all those things but only having one size of pillow and that one being huge is a no-go for me. They are seriously very thick. Sleeping well is the basis of a hotel and having different pillows on request is a standard. Not here unfortunately. I cannot recommend this place at all.

I loved every second in this cozy hotel. My stay here made my trip to the Andre Rieu concert even more special. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, I love the buffet food and the staff is lovely! I will definitely return to Maastricht and stay here again.

Upon entering the lobby, I was ready to be impressed. That's where it ended. Was met by a lukewarm reception. Had refillable water bottles but no place to refill them as gym dispenser was out of service. Rooms were average for the price, but the only pillows were huge and hard. For the price, not sure I would stay again.
