There was someone else’s hair on the shampoo bottle in the shower. Other than that everything was very clean and friendly. This is a house with multiple rooms for rent like a hotel but the common areas are shared with the house hold. No fridge in the room so drinks were down in the common fridge. They allowed smoking on the front deck so that was a bonus! All around nice stay

Vancouver West Cozy Retreat offers the following: Seamless check in, complete privacy, ultra clean, super comfy bed, complimentary coffee and tea in the morning and charming hosts who are happy to chat or give you space. The vibe is chill and very relaxing. The location is central with shops and restaurants close by and a bus stop just steps away if you're using transit. I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend this property. It's an urban gem!

Beware if you're looking for a hotel this isn't it the spot for you. I will say it is definitely a nice place to stay for a short stay. My wife and I stayed here for one night since we were going on a cruise. It's really clean and spacious. I am definitely staying here again next time I come to Vancouver!

Great accommodation that’s very close to the Airport and one of the best places we’ve stayed at! Easy to find, great location, free parking, and affordable. Great value for money with everything you need and was surprisingly spacious! The space was bigger than expected with a very welcoming atmosphere. Neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, which was very important for us. Communication was very clear. Although we didn’t really need anything during our stay, they made sure to check on us to see if we needed anything else. Thank you for having us and thank you for your hospitality! We hope to be back again :)
