The hotel is to be avoided at any cost !!! 1- rooms are very old (like 1900 style) 2- Humidity and mold could be noticed easily and smelled 3- Elevators are out of service and rooms are located on Level 1 & 2 so good luck with your luggage on the stairway 4- Location is at the edge of the city center ( around 3.3 km away) 5- Parking spaces are not free of charge 6- Hotel ambiance is like a haunted place with awful historic lighting 7- Windows are very old and the hotel is located on the street (so very noisy) 8- No A/C, only a prehistoric fan 9- paid 125 euro to get all the above experience ( highly overpriced) 10- No follow-up was made and there were no reception,however, to be clear, the person who checked us in was nice

Honestly not as bad as people have said. The room had everything we needed and was clean, the shower had good water pressure, there was a fan in the room, and it was nice to get access to Netflix. There was also a bus stop right outside which made it easy to go into the city centre. It was loud outside first thing in the morning, but we found we slept fine and they did leave earplugs if you needed them. Self-check in was a little confusing, but we phoned the receptionist and he was helpful and told us what to do. Ultimately, this isn't some fancy hotel so if that's what you want, it's not the right place for you. But it was great as a cheap place to stay for a few days while we explored graz.

It's far from the city center but there is a busstop with a direct connection which rides every 20 minutes. The appartment itself is very minimalistic. The bed is a little small. There is no airconditioning but there is a fan. The shower was below my expectations. We had a good stay bu thats mainly because we were out exploring the city most of the time. You only get one key.
