A bustling yet remarkably appealing train station. The moment you disembark from the train, you'll be greeted by the captivating sight of Venice. Typically, you encounter cities crisscrossed with roads, but here, you'll encounter a city crisscrossed with rivers and canals. It's truly enchanting. Pictures or videos don’t do justice what you could witness on naked eye.

It’s a little bit more organized than the station I started at, of course there are a Lot of people. The only anxiety inducing event was the board didn’t show the platform for my train. Apparently, the platform is known until the train arrives and you will have to stand watching the board until it shows.

Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia is the terminal train station in Venice. The station is bustling all the time. The ticket purchase at the self-service machine was slow when we used our credit card from a foreign country. The restroom is a little far away from the ticket lobby and make sure you have coins available to pay for the restroom.
