The property is pretty and it has a lot of potential but it’s ran so poorly. Over 90 minutes to check-in (we lost our tour because of it), they left dirty plates outside our villa for 2 days and no toilet paper for over 48 hours (even tho we even went to the lobby several times asking for some) The employees sincerely don’t seem to care. Had to beg for them to clean our room, they don’t pick up the phones, it’s impossible to get a transfer to or from your room and good luck trying to have a meal under 2 hours at the restaurant. It was such an unpleasant stay. Would not recommend

Our over-water villa Lagoon Grand deluxe was awesome: clean, bright, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kind of Asian Venice. Staff was friendly and nice. But you should take into consideration that the resort isn’t in a close proximity to the beach. So you need to take the Grab or taxi. Another thing. The shower and the bathtub in our villa were located kind of outside. And while there are other villas just in front, you don’t really have privacy:)

This was by far our best experience in Thailand. The property is gorgeous and serene. The breakfast is a true feast and lunch/dinner/in-room food options are outstanding too! The staff goes above and beyond to help you. And lastly the room is so beautifully decorated and offers anything you might need. Lastly, the pool is big and beautiful, perfect to enjoy a beautiful Krabi sunset! Everything was just perfect! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful resort. This was the kind of place I always envisioned staying at while in Thailand. The pool was amazing and probably my favorite pool in any resort I've ever been. The room was equally impressive. It was spacious, clean, had great views, and a big two person jacuzzi tub. The breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wished we one day in Krabi with no tours plannd so we could have spent a full day just enjoying the resort all the other services they have to offer. Also, we were worried about staying here because, while it looked amazing in photos, we were sure the tradeoff would be lots of mosquitoes and other insects in the rooms. That was not the case at all.
