stayed in one of the suites without a window. room smelled mouldy the moment we opened the door. noticed a lot of black mould in the ceiling air conditioner. FYI black mould can cause a variety of health issues! the air in the room was soooo humid as well, wasn’t very comfortable staying here. luckily we only stayed here for one night cleanliness of the bedding and washroom was ok. shampoo, body wash and toothbrush were provided

Horrified that we had to kill 2 roaches in the room, followed by tiny white bugs that crawled on all our luggages. The room is tiny, the bathroom is tinier. $130 a night isnt cheap, but it was the cheapest in the area. I’m sure if i looked harder i would have found something else more value for the money.

Where do I begin with this hotel. The lobby gives you a sense of hope that there is some quality and cleanliness in this hotel. Until you go to the room. They are small in size. Your bathroom, shower and sink are an all in one. That is not really the problem, as that style is quite common in Singapore. The issue was with the cleanliness of the room and rest of hotel. Dust everywhere, mould on door floor, stains and marks on bed sheets and window blind. When I complained to reception, they laughed, apologised and did nothing. Even when I asked for new sheets. We checked out a few days early and stayed somewhere else. It was that bad. There are plenty of other options across Singapore. Don’t waste your time here

ROOM109 Extremely Disappointing Service at The Lily Hotel My recent stay at The Lily Hotel was marred by exceptionally poor service and a disconcerting state of denial from the manager. Despite clear evidence, they refused to admit that their new housekeeper had accidentally discarded my handmade pillow, a precious item crafted by my mom. Despite my insistence that neither I nor my partner took the pillow outside, and with the assurance that CCTV footage could verify this, the manager remained in denial. When I sought a refund, the manager, Wynne, astonishingly offered compensation for only one day. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. The management's mindset in handling such a situation left me amazed and frustrated. I would caution others based on this disappointing encounter at The Lily Hotel.
