Pros: good location overall, short walk to pub street and easy to hail Grab tuk tuks. Cons: so so so dirty, nothing is clean. The yellow seats have stains worse than I’ve ever seen at any hotel. The shower gel containers are always empty, the pillows are putrid, if you stay in a pool side room you will be attacked by mozzies no matter how much repellent you apply. The hotel service is poor except for one girl at the reception who speak some English. Oh our hotel car picked up 6 passengers with a 5 seater… must think we are super skinny human beings. Our friend’s room shower head has a single tiny jet stream and the sink overflew. If you are staying there go for a grand suite room on the top floor. If cleanliness is your thing stay away from this hotel. It has such potential, and it’s ok to be old not ok to be this dirty.

Great Experience with this hotel, just A bit expensive during the water festival period, but acceptable. You just walked 10 minutes from the hotel to pub street, nearly any activity in town and close to pub street. Safe street to Walk there, on soksan road.

Nice , reasonably priced hotel close to the city center. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfy. Overall, good place to stay with close proximity to the city center.
