A pleasant stay at the Victoria Falls River lodge. Wonderful place to relax, get centered and enjoy nature. Wonderful welcome- shout out to NK. Only think I would ask them to pay attention to: Staff service levels seemed to dip towards the end of the week. Not sure if it was linked to shift changes but as a (departing) guest who had had an otherwise lovely experience would have preferred not to see the dip in professionalism. That said I still HIGHLY recommend the Vic Falls River Lodge for an unforgettable experience.

The nicest place we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect! All the staff were amazing but special mention to Mathias and Crawford who made our stay unforgettable!

The experience and the service is top notch. From Stunning Rooms to comfortable beds. Our stay was curated specifically for our needs. The Teams at both the inland and the island lodges are professional and friendly. The rooms were always spotless. every time we left the room even just for lunch or for a few minutes you would find it fixed and things refilled. Chris was our Tour Guide and he was experienced and he was so helpful in everything we needed help with. Reeves was taking care of us at the Island lodge and he is simply the best. For food orders both Reeves and Obey were there for us and they were always ready to provide alternatives when my mom needed different food options due to allergies. The food was delicious, the chef was open to extending the menu and was very creative. I love how everything is inclusive I enjoyed the private boat tours, Game Drives and a village tour. I used to love watching elephants from our deck. This lodge is a must visit, I’m planning to go back ASAP.
