We reserved Vienna Hotspot sometime in January 26, 2020 and immediately the Property Manager charged the whole amount for our stay in May from my credit card. Though this is a non-refundable booking, because of corona virus we had to cancel our plans, WHO declared it a pandemic. We are seniors living on our pensions who love to travel and has never cancelled our reservations but this is a different case and we requested for a refund. Several emails to the property manager and booking.com appealing for reconsideration was to no avail. The property manager was adamant about charging the whole amount. I will never book this property and will not recommend it. They have clearly taken advantage of the situation.

Check-in and check-out were very uncomplicated. The location is really great as you can get everywhere on foot or connected to the subway. Parking garage not far away and a supermarket right around the corner that is open on Sundays and public holidays. In addition, the apartment is very nice and there is enough space.
