Good hotel and good service; we had an early flight at 8:00am and the staff arranged everything for a car to come pick us up in the morning at 5:30am; they had prepared some sandwich for us since it was too early for us to grab breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. The neighbourhood is not pretty nor entertaining so I don't recommend you spending much time there. It's best to enjoy Hanoi downtown and then check-in later during the day to enjoy a nice relaxing evening before an early flight. They are a couple of restaurants or small shops nearby making it convenient.

Convenient hotel which is very close to the airport. Rooms were very reasonably priced and were comfortable and clean. There aren’t many food options in the area but the hotel have a limited menu. They’re also able to arrange an airport transfer for 100 VND.

Too much noisy because of its manage by family and they live in same hotel.. and cleaning services are so poor same towel use to clean the toilet seat when they clean the room

“The Royal Airport Hotel - Convenient & Friendly Hanoi is very conveniently located for people who wish to stay near the airport. The pick up and drop of service is excellent and we found it very convenient. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. The breakfast provided was very good. This hotel is an excellent choice for those catching an early morning flight or leaving late at night as full. thanks you Henry and your family.
