This is a really nice studio apartment. It is very spacious and could be used as a long-term rental. The condo is centrally located near the Central Festival mall. There is a night market across the street with many shops.

I stayed at this condominium through the "Blue Ocean Suite". Their office is right in front of the swimming pool on the 3rd floor. They provided a nice room with an ocean view. And "Nam", the manager, was very kind and explained everything well. Good location, kind rental company, nice trip!

It's a residential building with few apartments to rent managed by different agencies located on the ground floor. The room is clean with an amazing view. The location is perfect too

It's a fantastic place to stay happley with your family or by yourself. Open the gate and walk straight to the beach Rd or go shopping nextdoor at Central Vistivl. The location is excellent and most of the rooms are fully furnished, big enough, comfortable, and have nice sea view. There is a large size swimming pool, Landry's and many shops on level 3 providing the residents with their daily needs such as house keeping, restaurants, ironing , massage and realestate. The building is located just a few minutes from from Terminal 21 and Walking st and many attractive places. The thing residents must be aware of and put with that, the rooms wall are not designed to stop guests from hearing what others say or do next door.
