Located just outside old town, surrounded by glorious views of the islands and ocean north of Dubrovnik, this place is the perfect space to make base for all your holiday plans. Multiple beaches nearby, shops, restaurants and a nice little swimming pool on the roof. Far enough from old town to avoid the noise and crowds, but close enough for easy access. The owner and his wife are brilliant, always happy to help with anything and some very tasty home made brandy to welcome you.

Nice and spacious rooms, that are fairly clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is not the newest and missing some utilities. The bathroom on the other hand is really nice and modern. The infinity pool with view and terrace are amazing to chill out. Friendly owner. Pretty quiet area but not too far from the city centre, tops 10 mins by Uber. Overall I would say very good price quality.

Positive: the room is large with a balcony facing the beautiful Dubrovnik Bridge. You can take the bus to city and back, it works. Also the young lady helping us check in was very friendly. Negative: the room and bathroom could be cleaner, there were dirty stains on surfaces and the kitchen table. The bathroom looks modern but has mold in the shower, which I found disgusting. Also the tiny sample shampoo bottles were not even enough for one shower. Also the wifi only works around the reception area, but if your room is farther away from the reception, like our room was, the wifi service will become non-existent. We switched to mobile data after the first 1-2 hours of struggling with wifi. This is not ok. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a struggle without wifi. Overall this is not a 4 star place. It's a max 2.5 star guesthouse which needs to be maintained.
