I recently had the privilege of staying at Villa Bird Lake for one night along with my family and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped in, the experience was extraordinary. We shared a twin and a triple room, which were incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The food was a highlight of our stay - it was simply off the charts! Each dish was not only incredibly delicious but also presented with great care and elegance, exceeding all expectations. What truly sets this place apart, though, is its serene environment. The calming and refreshing ambiance provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The mesmerizing scenery around, especially the lake view, added a magical touch to the whole experience. The staff at Villa Bird Lake deserves a special mention. They were not just attentive but genuinely friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued. Their attention to detail in every aspect of the service was remarkable, ensuring that every guest feels special. The facilities, including a stunning swimming pool and the quiet, tranquil environment, were like a breath of fresh air, making our stay both rejuvenating and memorable. I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Birdlake with my parents, and it was a truly marvelous experience. This secluded lakefront villa offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere that provided the perfect escape. One of the highlights of this villa is the lakeside area with comfortable chairs and a small, inviting space that feels like a mini beach. It's an ideal spot for unwinding and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The food at Villa Birdlake exceeded our expectations, even though the menu had limited options. The desserts, in particular, were a delightful treat. The pool at the villa is not to be missed. It's well-maintained and offers a refreshing way to cool off and enjoy the outdoors. The rooms, with their lake views, are a true delight. We stayed in both a double and a triple room, and although they were similar in size, they provided ample comfort. Opting for rooms with balconies allowed us to soak in the picturesque views of Hikkaduwa Lake. The service at Villa Birdlake was excellent, with the staff being attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at Villa Birdlake was exceptional, and I would undoubtedly return for another relaxing getaway. It's the perfect destination for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

Fantastic calm place filled with natural beauty. The road little bit difficult to reach to the place. But the place is very nice. Our lunch and breakfast was very tasty and staff is very supportive. For reading and relax, it is a nice place. Pool is not large but the view is very nice. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

My friends and I recently stayed at VBL after a long trip, and it was truly a delightful experience. The location is not only beautiful but also incredibly tranquil, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property is impeccably maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Our spacious and clean rooms were a joy to stay in, with super comfy beds that ensured a good night's rest. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic food. We decided to explore the Sri Lankan cuisine offered at the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The flavors were exceptional.
