This small boutique guest house is a hidden gem. It has everything you could ask for but with a more personal touch than you would get in a hotel. Neil the host is very friendly, attentive and has lots to share about the local area which is so helpful. The accommodation is spot on....clean with good facilities and extras. The breakfasts are fabulous with a good range of continental choices and a super home cooked breakfast should you want more.The guest house has a lovely garden area where you can sit outside to eat, sunbathe, relax and even has a small pool. I highly recommend this place.

This is a lovely place to stay in Cape Town. The owner is very knowledgeable about the area and has great recommendations for food, activities, and what to see and where to go. The breakfast is delicious as well, and the rooms lovely and well equipped. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very good. Niel and the cat were excellent hosts. Breakfast was great. For entertainment i would advise you bring a tablet/laptop for Streaming. Internet was very fast.

We had an incredible stay with Neil and Rob at Villa Costa Rose. Room was perfect, the view from the balcony of signal hill was peaceful and perfect for afternoon chats and G&Ts. Breakfast every morning was lovingly prepared by Neil and his kitchen crew. We were made to feel very welcome. The location of the villa is perfect for people of all ages, as older ladies, we managed to get everywhere with great ease and found it to be central, within walking distance to restaurants and the Sea Point promenade. We would definitely stay again, thank you for making our Cape Town visit special. Pat & Royleen
