My stay at this accomodation was marred by Carla’s unwelcoming behavior, making the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. From the outset, Carla's excessive and unnecessary communication about minor details felt intrusive, even when we had advised her on several occasions we had arranged our own transport and tours she would continue pushing. Her condescending attitude towards our choice of transportation created an atmosphere of tension and discomfort throughout our stay. Moreover, Carla's presence seemed ever-present, causing us to feel uneasy in what was supposed to be a relaxing environment. Her behavior overshadowed the experience, leaving me and my friends dissatisfied and ruined our Positano experience.

Perfect place to stay in Positano!! Carla was super nice! The room was very clean and very nice! And the view from the terasse is amazing! Perfect location to say we would come again! And as well Carla organized a Parking at the Garage close to the Hotel with a discount!

I selfishly want to keep this place a secret, and not do a review :) The location is amazing. Easy to get too. Easy access to shops and the beaches. The views are exactly what you see in the photos but only better! Positano is lively so if you want a very quiet place at night you'll have to go way further up. I slept well regardless. Now I have to mention that I was there when Napoli won the championship soccer game, so that was a big deal for the locals. I enjoyed watching them celebrate, and hearing the joy around me. The mornings are so peaceful on the patio. Carla takes care of every guest to make sure your experience is high quality. She helps you with anything even before you arrive. I've never had someone be so helpful when traveling. She works so hard to make everything perfect. I can't wait to return!!!

Any body with kids or young family pls never hire this place … the owner is so inconsiderate that she dint let me cook eggs for kids on Boxing Day where 90% restaurants were closed … she simple asked to to take a cab n go to different town as she said “ it’s not her problem restaurant are closed at 9 pm … rules are rules “” …. Pls pls don’t book this place … as the owner is heartless soul

We stayed at Villa Dalu for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The villa has amazing views of Positano and is in a great location. The host, Carla was so kind and accommodating. She organised transport and suggested great places to visit. The weather wasn’t that great during our stay, but Carla organised a tour to ensure we still enjoyed our time in Positano. She was super responsive and always ensured that we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy another stay here. We definitely recommend this place to anyone planning on staying in Positano.
