Amazing friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice, and the cleaning personell should get a big reward . It was spotlessly clean. We had a room in the first floor, and the balcony is smaller there than the other floors. Just a tip if you are more than two persons. My family could not have been happier with our choise. The location of the hotel is really great, and it took only 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach.

We stayed in this immaculately clean, perfectly located hotel for 1 night but regret we didn't stay longer. Clair was extremely gracious and helpful upon our arrival. She helped us park our car below the property and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation. It is located 1/2 block from the main promanade and sea and provides great opportunities to site see, shop or people watch. We will definitely return soon.

I heard from friends how good this apart-hotel was, so, when while having to choose a location in la Cote d'Azur -tired of Nice- I decided to come to Cannes. I had heard of Antibes but beaches are not good -only two and small-, Nice too noisy and why not Cannes. They told me the area within 'the Banane' (near the beaches) was too expensive and luxurious but this apart hotel had great value for money, lovely staff, just 100m from Le Palais de Festival and also to the public beaches in Cannes... I went to this Apart hotel end of May, after the film festival, and I enjoyed it a lot.... the manager herself would show you the room, there is a nice small swimming pool in the first floor, great location, -walking distance everywhere even to Le Sucket and why not, going further to Le Cannet?- and above all, all staff are really lovely, kind and helpful...Definitely, highly recommended!!!
