I enjoyed staying at this hotel back in April 2023. Upon checking in the front desk personnel was English-speaking. She informed me I could upgrade to another suite, and I could check in early. I took advantage of that because I had been on a long international flight, and I was ready to check in and relax. The staff was so helpful and kind, and I was offered a tour of the facilities. They had fresh flowers in the lobby, daily. The best part about the hotel is it is extremely quiet and pleasant. The hotel is near the Ukrainian embassy, so there is a 24 hour police presence. The room was a nice size, and the lounge area was nice to visit for hot chocolate or hot tea. I requested a romance package; the room was decorated and the hotel provided, delicious red wine, rose petals and macaroons. They also have LED lights around the TV which was really nice and colorful, and reminded me of being home. Improvements: The refillable water jars were unsightly. Also, a female staff member entered my room after knocking quickly to replace my water jar. Luckily, I was dressed, but it caught me off guard. Overall, I enjoyed my two week stay.

We have been here in 2019 and we had the pleasure of staying here again in 2023. The quality of the room and service is just as great as I could remember. Breakfast, is good. If I have a remark is that the quality of the coffee could be better. Do note that I really love my coffee, so perhaps it’s a bit of a nag. Rooms, are great. We’d stayed in the deluxe room. The room is approx. 35m2 big which is really considerable for Paris. Staff, is great and helped us with everything we needed such as an early check-in and late check-out (costs were charged which was very reasonable, taken into consideration the additional time we had) Hotel, is amazing. It’s not big however that’s exactly the charm. One of the strong assets are the gym/sauna/massage chair which you are able to rent for 45 minutes. Therefore you also have the privacy to enjoy these relaxing moments. Also the hotel has e-bikes available which you can rent. We have used them to bike around Paris and visited some of the highlights. The quality of the bikes is great and a lovey way to see Paris.

Great option for a business stay in the 7th, or a weekend to visit the Eiffel Tower. Room was clean and big enough, bed was comfy, self-serve bar was very, very welcome. Free water in the room! Staff all very friendly. Location is just a few minutes' walk to several metro stations. Overall, to be recommeneded! I was a bit surprised to be asked to pay a 150EUR caution upon check-in; this was later not debited to my CC, so all was fine but it was a surprise. No mention was clearly made of this requirement during the booking - and I've not been asked to pay a similar caution by other comparable hotels. Why is this necessary? Plus, a request: self-serve bar in the lounge is great! Can you include some options such as peanuts, chips/crisps or other small (savoury, not sweet) snacks?

The service is very good. I had two small issues with the room, a broken hair dryer and a leaking shower head. Both concerns the staff would not have known about if not reported and they fixed it quickly and professionally. The hotel is a little off the beaten' path but not too far from the Eiffel Tower, maybe a kilometer. The approach to the hotel is a challenge along with parking if you drove a POV. The entrance is down a small alley that has only one outlet, so you do a sixteen point turn to get a van turned around. Breakfast is very good. You just give them your room number while eating and they charge it to the room. Will stay here again.
