The 1st floor appartement is dated in furnishings and build quality. Things are starting to fall apart, the decor may not be to everyone's taste but it's spacious and the mattress is good. There are holes in the tiles and grout. 2 bedrooms, centrally located and in walking distance to all Antwerp has to offer. No reception and fully self service. Just drink the tap water. There was a fly in the water cooler, Yuk!

supper nice place , normal two bedrooms apartment with a kitchen and bathroom . u can find all what u need for a short or longer stay

Booked via Booking, now untraceable. An empty can and dirty cloth in the bathroom upon arrival. At first glance it looks good, but beds were very bad and sofa too. Internet and TV didn't work. The owner was in Mexico and after numerous attempts to contact us, we finally had contact via the Booking app. Was supposed to be fixed, but on the second day both still didn't work. He couldn't help it, this had been like this for a while... nice of you to let us know then... But we didn't have to complain because everyone had internet on their phones. If we were dissatisfied he could send someone to check us out. This was at 9 p.m. and we found the tone very unpleasant. We were there with our children and we didn't feel good afterwards. He would transfer 150 euros that day as compensation. Never saw anything about it, but he indicated that we should not leave a bad review and that we were going to do so anyway. Not recommended!!

Desolate condition, apartment is a health and safety hazard. Railing broken and not repaired. Plaster is bursting from the walls and joints are virtually non-existent. Athlete's foot is inevitable in the shower. There was no way I would ever set foot in it again. Unfortunately there was no response from the owner. Unfortunately you have to leave a star rating, actually 0/5.
