Don't get close!!! A stuffy room with a door that, when opened, mosquitoes enter. Basic room, no place to put luggage. An unpleasant toilet. We paid for a spa that was not working. Very basic and minimal breakfast We booked 4 nights and left after 1 night. The owner apologized and promised to return our money but she evades and does not answer. Even booking refunded us the commission they charged, but the owner does not respond to Booking inquiries and our inquiries. Bottom line: Villa Emanuel, unpleasant place and crooked owners.

Stayed 3 nights and it was super comfortable. Lorenzo was super helpful with check in/ out and also with recommendations of things to do, places to go, he helped us find great price on scooter rentals. Would highly recommend this hotel, it is a walk from the main piazza of sorrento but comes with its advantages of being quiet, comfortable, spacious and also quite close to the station.

Room no. 1. Hard mattress that felt like sleeping on a table, we ask to be able to replace it but unfortunately the answer is negative. I ask for the wifi password which I was told would be given to me shortly thereafter but nothing.. I request it the next day and then I finally get it. Clean bathroom and room, too bad the shower leaked water, flooding half the bathroom. The spa is very modern and new but unfortunately cold and the Finnish sauna is not working. Quality and well prepared food.
