Overall an OK hotel. Spa-like smell when you enter so is great. What I didn’t like is the shower & make-up area. There is no hook in the shower area so it means you have to change outside the area which opens directly to the room. Works well if you are a solo traveller or a couple using the room. However, there is lack of privacy if you are travelling with a friend. Also, it is cold when you step out of the shower area to get dressed in winter time. I give a 4 star rating simply because it is new.

The rooms are sufficiently big for 2 person. Rooms decor is simple and clean and new. Bed is comfortable. Heater is very strong. There is water kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. The public bath and hot stone bath is free for use. There is laundry machine and ice machine. The reception is at located at 4th floor. Front office is polite and service is fast and efficient. Hotel entrance is not facing the main road but facing the side road that is not accessible by car. A short walk of 50m is required

Nice clean boutique hotel in a good location. Rooms are not too small. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside is the onsen. Only hot pools and no sauna, steam room or cold pool. Their stone sauna is unimpressive. Apart from that recommended!

Found this place during last minute booking for this trip. Decided to try this place out. Standard room was not too small, very clean and tidy. We also added the breakfast during our stay here. Breakfast was yummy, with fresh ingredients, and had grilled salmon and mackerel available in the buffet, so you can build your own Japanese breakfast. The sauna was also clean, although doesn’t use hot spring water. However, the hot stones spa (which was free) was excellent, with the choice of actual hot stones rather than tiles. Service was really helpful, although you may need Google translate for some words. Location was convenient, difficult to find at first if you walk above ground, but after figuring out how to use the underground tunnels and shopping mall it is much easier to walk here from Osaka-Umeda station, around 10min walk. Lots of food and izakaya nearby! Would highly recommend this place to my friends, and I would stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.
