It was very nice hotel and the breakfast was great. Different choices for different needs. English breakfast, also fruits and vegetables. Cereal and yogurt. We stayed only for one night, but everything we wanted was close. Some destinations we walked and for some we took a taxi because it wasn't to expensive.

This is a minimal hotel. Only amenity is the air conditioning. I cannot recommend a hotel that has 2 people standing guard over the breakfast buffet to insure no one takes any breakfast food. Is this really the way you want to treat tourists? I believe that guests might possibly take a piece of fruit if one is touring the country. This policy really leaves a poor impression of Croatia.

The hotel is near the lapad beach but faraway to oldtown you have to take a taxi or geton a bus. Some of the rooms don't have balcony and there is no refrigerator???. The first hotel without refrigerator. Also aircondition is controlled centrally and you can get cold while sleeping because you can not close it and makes too much noise.

The hotel staff was really helpful and nice. The rooms were not bad at all. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice little balcony with a view out over a wooded area, with the harbour and mountains off in the distance. It was an especially lovely view at night. Make sure your patio door is closed all the way if you want to use your airco though! The bathroom was a decent size and served its purpose. The shower head had good pressure and the water temperature was easily regulated. The bar mixed good drinks and the dining area served decent food and local beers, among other things. The buffet selection was quite plentiful, although if you went towards the end of the dining times, they could be quite low on food.
