Amazing location steps from a metro stop. Very cute, updated rooms that are adequately spacious, especially by Europe standards. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nearby several local cafes and brasseries and walkable to other neighborhoods. The breakfast is great value and includes many tasty options. We would stay again!

I really liked your hotel . but my precious necklace in the jewelry box is gone . it was definitely stolen . I know there are a lot of thieves in Paris, and actually a lot of people who were robbed of their goods. and I was also stolen. I said this to the reception, but they didn't take any action . Isn't it the Olympic season soon? Who would like a country with a lot of thieves?

When we arrived we were impressed and immediately had high expectations for the service. Especially with their range of published room rates. It looks high-tech but it is in fact not. The AC control on the wall doesn’t work as the room temperature during the summer days didn’t give the coolness we expected. The lighting set up doesn’t make sense. We had busy week in Paris meeting friends so we didn’t have time to complain except when we check out. Room was not consistently cleaned and amenities (incl. coffee capsules) are not daily replenished. One day we came back and found garbage bin in bathroom was not emptied. Another day used coffee cups are not cleaned. Another day shampoo and bath gel were not replenished. Thankfully we slept well because the bed is good. Our room didn’t face the road so it was quiet. Front desk staff were very nice. It’s also very easy for us to go around as the entrance to Pasteur Metro is just across the street from the hotel—very convenient.

Drinks in the bar are really too expensive if you want people stay a bit longer. Breakfast Time was different weekends/week. We did not receive that info. We almost missed breakfast but thanks to a more reasonable garcon, this was resolved. Just one card in the room with some practical information should be useful and even more eco than search on tv/mobile. Parking/luggage/check in-out was fantastic. We had a great stay with you !
