This is a cozy boutique place, very close to the wharf and down town Santa Barbara. Older Spanish style buildings. Nice gardens and landscaping. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. but I don't know how to control the heat/temp so it was warmer (than comfortable) in the rooms.

This place was awesome. We checked in late and the clerk gave us a nice upgrade. The suite was perfect, the beds comfortable and the beach access amazing. Plus, breakfast and happy hour included. It was the best place for our birthday party weekend!

An absolute beautiful and relaxing place to stay! Only a block from the beach with gorgeous rooms that overlook a gorgeous courtyard and pool. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the included happy hour wine and breakfast were wonderful ways so start and end my day. We were only staying one night as a part of a larger roadtrip, but the beauty of this place has made me want to come back to Santa Barbara again so I can appreciate the luxury of this Inn longer.

Location is hard to beat. As an American, the lack of a/c was a bit surprising (there were a lot of European guests), but the room was nice and we had a little balcony that had a view of the beach. It was a bit warm as there were no screens on the balcony door and the bathroom window. Continental breakfast is included. The waffle mix is great. OJ, bagels, cereal, muffins, toast and yogurt are also provided. It was a quiet place to stay and there is a pool (small but nice) and a hot tub. The decor made it feel homey with lots of art and sculptures as well as case of creepy baby dolls I was glad I missed until the last day.

I arrived to find easy free parking, a beautiful building and a cozy lobby. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful and made me feel at home. Yes, it felt like a home! While waiting for my friend, I walked around looking at unique, antique furniture, beautiful architecture with a warm cup of tea in hand. The courtyard was sunny and welcoming and had a cute pond of koi fish. Our room had views of the mountains and sterns warf from the french doors and balcony. One of the best benefits of staying here was how easy and close it was to all the places we wanted to visit while in Santa Barbara. We didn't have to use our cars and were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the perfect weather. Last but not least, the sourdough waffles cooked on the skillet were SO good, I had to have seconds!! I can't wait to come back and plan to bring my family!
