The hotel is simply beautiful! The pictures speak for themselves. The spa bath was lovely & relaxing. It’s in a good location with lots of amazing restaurants around. The service from some was excellent & friendly, others not so much. We stayed 4 days. On the second day we asked for items in the mini bar to be refilled & were told it wasn’t possible. Very strange! & they’re very weird about the breakfast, you’re only allowed a limited amount from a large selection. The croissants were fantastic though.

What a beautiful hotel. Service was exceptional- the manager Kerry was so welcoming and accommodating. Lovely spa bath, room upgrade arrival and perfect location to walk to watch moulin rouge

It's next to metro and very lively area, most places food drinks are opened till 2am on weekdays. The hotel room was quirky and charming. Staff lovely. Bottle of water and coffee machine in the room. And breakfast delivered in your room. Will definitely stay here again x

The staff are kind, respectful, and very helpful. They all speak proper English, even though I spoke French, but not my partner. One night I came to the hotel and they always asked us if we had a great day, that night unluckily something happened to us in the metro and he was so kind to comfort me with very kind words. The hotel by itself is an absolute experience. The decoration and furniture are pure boudoir with extra comfort. The bathroom was delightful with an amazing bathtub. They bring breakfast to our room every day, very French style. The room is cleaned everyday with impeccable appearance. The location is also perfect, next to the metro Pigale giving u access to all the stations, a very popular street with a lot to see, restaurants, bars, etc, a few minutes walking to Moulin Rouge and Sacré Coeur.
