This is the best apartment I've ever stayed at. The host is kind and attentive and the view from your own infinity pool is amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Terrible experience. I booked for an event ,with 6 weeks notice. Less than 24 hours before check in, Di, the host cancels. No apology, no message. I spent money on catering and entertainment now desperately looking for an alternate venue. DO NOT GAMBLE A SPECIAL EVENT WITH THIS GUY!

The villa is looking nice but they didnt check anything before the guests stay as they're supposed to. -we had to contact the property for where can we turn the pool lights on as they turned off suddenly, they should tell us before or set up ready (cause someone needed to go down to the electrical room downstairs ) - two remotes weren’t working as it should and they supposed to check before the guests stay -had to call again to the host 5 times for Where/How can we turn the lights outside and waited more than 20mins in each separate issue. - the lights outside went off and we called again for help coz we tried to go check in the electrical room and it wasnt working and the host trying to explain by picture over 30mins (during the party happening instead of sending someone to support us ) - the host kept telling its not his fault for the lights werent working (it was 10pm) and he said there is no one could help us cause them all sleeping and not giving us any discount or any offers . 🔺the host came again to the villa at 10:30pm with the lights on(finailly) plus! He came with a phone camera recording our villa membership and asking “ who who is the one renting this villa “ while pointing the camera to the guest.. such a infringement of personal copyright😒 and trying to tell me to be careful over and over again … with saying the guest haven't let him know that we gonna make a bday party but i had already informed in Booking.com chat and he allowed. And trying to scare us by saying about the covid19 party rules ( but we werent loud at all and just having a good time with grilling and talking in the villa .. nobody was messing the pool or anything) - at night around 3:30am in the morning , there was someone came to the villa walking outside and then the lights were on again without even asking or inform us anything🤷🏽‍♀️ What can be done about this? It was a terrible experience and I believe deserves some type of compensation..
