This place feels like it has been abandoned or management has changed. The buildings and the setting is beautiful! It's great value for 1500baht. When they built it, someone built it with care and love. The staff were kind and helpful and the manager was very easy going. But the maintenance is not very good. The pool looks pretty but the water is murky and I got an eye infection almost immediately. The breakfast is ok, no complaints. I've had better and worse. The housekeeping was helpful and prompt. I think this place could be amazing, but they just need a little tighter follow up on the maintenance and cleanliness.

This place is our home away from home 💜 We spent our honeymoon here and we loved it. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The chef and all the dishes he made were spectacular. The cleaning ladies and restaurant crew were fantastic. Don’t get me started on the view and the pool. The honeymoon villa was great with our own swimming pool and jacuzzi too. The price is cheap compared to all the advantages and serenity that you get. And just because it is secluded and all inclusive, doesn’t mean that if u need anything else, the staff will help u with that. For example if you got sick they will get u medicine from outside pharmacy, or if u want snacks they will take u to the supermarket. Honestly, I didn’t want to post this because i want to keep this place exclusive and special, but they really do deserve 5 stars as we were treated better than a 5 stars hotel would have. Shout out to Art and Oot and Chef and Jaa 💜

First class service by staff from the moment of check-in. The room was great with the bigger bathtub I ever used, don't fit in the normal ones.

This is a luxurious hotel hindered by series of unfortunate events. Stayed for a night. The staff was very polite and helpful. They are probably the best thing about this place. The design of the room and the pool as you go about around the hotel is also very impressive and beautiful. Those are the pros. The cons are, unfortunately: 1. My room has many mosquitoes, staff had to be called in to plug in a mosquito repellant and spray the room to get rid of them. Even so, I could hear them buzzing before i sleep. 2. Poor wifi. The router had issues and did not provide reliable connection. 3. Loud noises. From flushing to people walking. It kept me from having a good night sleep. It wasn't worth the price for me. Although I enjoyed the staff and the room interior design, until the manager addresses those issues, I am not a returning costumer.

We went here on our honeymoon and we had such a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in had a private pool and spacious living room area (The Romance Villa, around USD300 per night). It has an outdoor bathroom with a tub that opens up directly to the pool. A great place for a romantic weekend getaway with your partner or even family. The whole villa area is huge with well preserved lawn and beautiful gardens. Breakfast area is semi-outdoor on the second level overlooking the main swimming pool area. Overall Villa Villa is a great option when you want to just chill and have a slow-relaxing holiday inside the villa because the place is about 20 minute taxi ride from the main city of Pattaya.
