Villa Waree is a very nice home for a quiet comfortable stay, the holiday home has a nice swimming pool with relax area, the home is very private and we felt very safe and not overlooked by neighbours. the whole home is very pleasant and the bedrooms are very comfortable, We had a great holiday.

Not very clean some rooms smelt bad. Pool water ends up all over the ground because there is no drain. Very hard to find and long way to any bars/restaurants. Very old house, many mosquitoes, bad showers.

I really enjoyed my stay with my friends at Villa Waree. It’s close to the Walking Street and Jomtien Beach, also near a second-hand goods market. The House Manager Ms. OH is super effective and efficient lady who takes care of everything we asked for or not even asked for. The setting of the house is perfect for family with children to dodge the noises of the city traffic and crowdedness. We spent almost 3 days there just to chill by the pool and making some barbecue food. The entire arena is ours and it was very relaxing for a big group of 6 people together. The cooking facilities are very handy and we were given complimentary drinks in the fridge. They also sent us a very roomy van with a cool driver for pickups. I left my USB drive in TV when I left. However, Ms. OH kindly post it to me for free just in 2 days. Thank you so much and I really appreciate your hospitality and generality to the guests. I would love to go back there again next time with my friends. I will definitely recommend it to family stay or big group for weekend escape in Pattaya. Kop Khun Maak Krap! 🙏
