NO SECURITY CONCEPT / DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA! Our stay at Villa Zeus was the worst experience in Mykonos ever. We got ROBBED when we left for dinner to old town on the third night of our stay. These thieves were probably watching us from the beginning on and knew exactly when we left. They stole all our cash, jewelry, shoes, clothes, sunglasses and other expensive things. According to the booking agency „GoMykonos Villas“ of Villa Zeus the security camera in the entrance was turned off to keep privacy for the guests. Very smart to protect your guests! The villa is far away from the city. One road in and out - so it´s super easy to check incoming cars. Usually I would never leave a bad review but I need to write this to protect others from staying at this place. ITS NOT SAFE!!! After being robbed we just wanted to leave the villa the next day and finally moved to the hotel. There was no understanding by the booking agency for our decision- so we did not even get a refund for the remaining days. To sum up - worst experience with the villa and the booking agency. Never again.

We would like to warn everyone who is planning to book this accommodation - it is absolutely not recommended and not worth the money - we got robbed! We booked the villa with friends for a week, and at first everything seemed to be fine. However, the house is very far away from everything and getting there by car is very dangerous as the roads are unpaved and very steep so you can easily slip. The villa itself is still a construction site without proper sewerage, at night you are disturbed by surrounding noise and the jacuzzi does not work. But the biggest problem was that we were robbed, several thousand euros, jewelry, sunglasses, clothes etc. were stolen although we left the house locked. When we came home in the evening and saw that our entire house had been ransacked, we immediately called the property management, but they did not offer us any help, but assumed that we had robbed ourselves. Since there was no security system / surveillance videos / alarm systems / safes etc. we could not prove who was guilty of the robbery, but we strongly assume that the property management was involved because they were daily in the villa to repair any things and therefore knew exactly which utensils are in which room and when we were not at home. Due to the unpleasant feeling that someone was in our house we decided to move out of the villa early. We didn't get any support from the property management, we had to pay the full amount and paid extra money for the last three nights in a hotel.

I got robbed in this villa too! Security Cámaras “not working” and still the people in charge of the Villa said it was our fault , that we probably left a door open or window open so someone got in. They even told us why we didn’t call the police ! We asked them kindly to please just give us the last day’s of the Villa the money back as we didn’t want to stay there. No one felt comfortable and they refused and didn’t even have any empathy towards the situation. Anyway risk being robbed, terrible service, a road that is dangerous and not paved and cámaras that “don’t work” at the end it will be “Your Fault “!
