We went for a Birthday celebration. D J was good. Pleasant surroundings. Only 'gremlin' we encountered was the prices. 4 rounds of exactly the same drinks came to different costs. One round was £2 difference. After words with staff it was changed. Be aware

Came to visit my son and stayed here. The staff are so nice, friendly and helpful, so thank you Keith, Stacey, Ruby and all the staff. The food was amazing, we had the evening meal which we all enjoyed and the breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. I will definitely stay here again. Massive thank you, keep up the great work ❤️

My wife and I spent two nights in this lovely hotel. On arrival at reception we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and our booking was quickly dealt with. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely meal here and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. All staff were lovely but special shout out to Keith who was very attentive and great at his job. We will definitely come back here again. R Hickey

Very welcoming, friendly staff at the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee, large TV, en suite with a bath and shower. We used the pool and sauna. All the facilities were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great with a good selection of quality cereals, coffee, and tea including decaf. Cooked breakfast also available. Thanks especially to the housekeeping staff for being so friendly and cheery in the mornings. Liverpool is an amazing city to visit!

Rooms are clean and comfy and everything is good but....the staff make the visit fabulous. Joe and Sam on reception were amazing and really went above and beyond. Best hotel in Liverpool we've ever stayed at - and we've booked for next week already! We always book good hotels and even if it's just for one night (as it often is) it's important to us to have a nice stay and treat it as a mini holiday. Village - if you're reading, your staff are a real credit to you and do a marvellous PR job. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
