Stayed here a few years ago, enjoyed it and came back after covid finished. So happy that the service still as good as before. The pool had just been renovated in my villa, so they owners taking good care. It was quiet and nice to have the whole place without having to share with other people. No sharing dining room or pool like in a hotel, everything is private and you have full independence so no cleaners coming and and out all the time. Much better than staying at a hotel. You can hire a scooter and be at the beach in a few minutes. It was great. Will be back again soon!

Most of expensive....and the attitude of the staff ( the lady.who mostly attend the call) very very bad...after we reach there is ac not working we call to the lady she said in the morning we chk allredy working...but i send plz u come and chk not working but she still.dont want to listen...her answer same ...then we call 3 time again then after 2 hours some one come he said ...i have to call to worker....again he come after 1 hour...plz request to all not about money but if u don't want to destroy your vacation don't go there.....after give money no one want to listen there....only there gurd...and she doesn't want to give direct number of hotel staf she said not allowed...we were stand with her in 45 digress temperature...... very very bed experience........wash room and all ac very poor condition....

The pictures are 17 years old so just imagine how does the property look like now. I dont recommend this place at all. Very old and needs lots of maintenance.. they call it VIP but in reality its BS villa

Please do not consider. Location wise is deserted, no supermarket/restuarant within walking distance. Building was in desperate need of upgrading: pool was filthy with plant spores and insects as pump was not working, hot water of shower was intermittent, furniture were old and stained. Do note that there is NO housekeeping service, no complimentary coffee/tea despite what was listes in Agoda.The layout was a weird double storey with the stairs to the upper floor located at the back of the building and is NOT sheltered - so a disaster if it were to rain. On the upper floor, it is a supposed studio (1 bedroom plus 1 living room) but converted to a 2 bedroom, so the master room occupant needs to pass the living room 'bedroom' to get to the stairs. Very disappointing stay.
