We had a problem with our trip and they were absolutely flexible and understanding. We will definitely check availability here next time we plan a trip to Rome. Also, communication with the staff was great, with short response time.

We stayed there for 5 nights with a young child. Hotel location: Vatican city is 10-12 minutes walkable from this location. For every other Rome's attraction, you may need to take a taxi unless ready to walk more than 3 kms. The local taxi service in general is OK (not great). Uber doesn't work. For finding taxi, may have to walk 5-10 minutes depending upon how busy time it is. Food places: There are plenty of food places (breakfast, lunch / dinner bistros etc) very near to this place - less than 5 minutes walk. Staff & communication - absolutely great staff. They start sending important info via email and whatapp which is very convenient. The staff member(s) are available at property during business hours and for rest of time still accessible via whatsapp & text messages. Room: Our room was a mini suite with kitchenette, small living room and small / partitioned bedoom area. The bathroom is where my issue is. The bathtub was old fashioned and not very comfortable to take shower. The faucet system takes time to adjust the mix of hot and cold water to desired level. The bathroom surely can be fixed for better spacing. Laundry: We used laundry machine at no additional cost available at reception area with clothes drying rack. The dryer is not like a US dryer where clothes come out completely dried. Just something to note. Overall our stay at this place was good. Hotel staff helped to book taxi for us for two separate occasions which was very helpful. :)

Stayed 7 nights with my family during mid-July. About 400sq-ft unit located in a quiet neighborhood. Practical and comfortable layout nothing fancy. it’s a 10-minute walk to the Vatican. Super close to metro station (4min walk) and we were able to get to most places by metro or bus. Unit was clean and communication with Giorgia was helpful and friendly. Washer worked most days. Only wish that unit was a bit bigger. Overall good value and would recommend!

Very happy with our stay at Vino e Oli. Great location, air con was a god send. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. Far enough out of central Rome to get away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to all the main attractions. Good communication from the owner too! Would highly recommend and will visit again!! Thankyou Vino e Oli for a great stay!

This place is brand-new. It had few reviews, but looked great and the price was right. We took a chance. You won't regret it. A short walk to the Vatican. Even less to the Metro. There is a fabulous local bakery (that the locals frequent) just around the block (lower level, you'll miss the sign, but you won't miss the smells. Know some Italian, and bring some coins). Also a lovely local restaurant on the opposite corner across the intersection. GB, the manager, was awesome. He met us when we got there, had everything ready to go and showed us how everything worked. It is very modern, clean, and beautiful.
